Jim provides regulatory affairs guidance to government and corporate clients. Before moving to the private sector, he served for more than a decade in progressively more responsible government roles.
Jim is a Hickory native and earned a law degree from the University of Georgia, a master’s degree from the University of Hawai’i and a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina. He is an active member of the North Carolina State Bar.
